Absa ***** bank

I app**** for a Will early this year Feb 2024. I sent the Will document but didn't complete the whole signatures. I was told the Will is not valid until I fix the signatures so I need to sign a new one. I TOLD THEM to cancel the Will because I got a new Will with another company. Last week I got an email from an employee from Absa Nolubabalo Ngxabani stating the Will is safe and kept, I sent this person an email stating I don't want the Will anymore. The person didn't respond to my emails but instead I'm getting debit orders for th Will. I will take this upon with Ombudsman because this is ***** and misconduct. I also see tried to call Absa Homeloan regarding an added deduction of a life cover I never agreed to for my homeloan. Now this Life cover is being added directly to my homeloan account and now it has increased my homeloan debit order by R900. I've never agreed to any life cover for Absa. This is a ***** cade I'm going to open against this ******* bank. I'm even moving my homeloan , I don't want anything to do with this ***** bank
