I Purchased my vehicle from absa bank in January 2020 , Then covid hit . My installments fell short for over 10 months i did make arrangements however money was tight as i got retrenched . on 10th November 2021 my car was taken from me by a repossession team with no paperwork given to me . I had to run around to the bank and find out where my car was and the person handling it was roshina , She finally responded via email as no one can get hold of her on a land line . i asked her to please send me a statement of the arrears amount so that i can pay this and recover my car she refused and said I have to settle the car in full or it will be auctioned is this legal . please help me .
