ABSA Bank

Went to ABSA Bank branch in Tableview to collect my IT3 and discovered that on the savings account with R6000 in it, it had earned an interest of R42000 which was wrong. The branch said they couldn't help, they then gave me an ABSA number which turned out to be out of service. After jumping through many hoops, I eventually spoke to a consultant who also said that SARS are the one who would send me the IT3. I asked the consultant who pays the interest on the savings account, was it ABSA or SARS. What a bank!
