Absa Bank

I got a message that R15 000 was debited from my Absa credit card, I went online and saw that the amount was pending, I immediately contacted the Absa ***** unit and told them that it was a *****ulent transaction and that they should not release the funds, I was told to report to go to the police station and open a ***** case, do an affidavit and send them the case number. I did all that but two days later they still released my money, I now must pay R15 000 to Absa bank. Their ***** Unit is clearly very *********** or there is a sinister reason behind it. Up to now there has been no communication from them.
