Absa bank

I got a personal loan with absa that I opened in May 2020 my first installment was due the 1 of June 2020 Absa deducted my payment dubble I phone the credit office and explained my problem they told me they will rectify it the 1 st of July they did it again I went on Saturday to the Northmead Square to let them rectify it but the credit offices is full of excuses

I am still waiting to get my refund of Absa now it take long because of covid 19 but when you deducted the money covid 19 was not a issue
