ABSA Bank

Good day

I recently cancelled my credit card with FNB as well as my Investment account - and app**** for a credit card and transferred (or tried to) the Investment balance from FNB to ABSA - I did this as my Transmission/Savings account has been with ABSA for 27 years, I decided to only use ABSA. I have been to ABSA Eastgate Branch repeatedly, called the On-line/Internet banking service, repeatedly - I receive different information from every person I speak to!!! It is very frustrating to say the least! I sincerely hope it will get better/easier going forward - failing which, I will have to consider a different bank.
