Absa bank

Absa is absolutely useless I have had my account out on hold for trying to do an immediate transaction After enduring almost 2 hours in the bank to get the hold taken off and have my account canceled with absa it was with no success as they could not find the person that put my card on hold I have sent emails asking to follow up and have had no response as yet While waiting in the bank there were 4 other clients coming to cancel their accounts with absa and not 1 of them had a successful encounter with absa I can not wait to be rid of absa and let me know got started on their banking app it is just useless and out of date I feel I have no control over my money Absolutely useless bank
