Cape. Town. I own a company for 13 years and had the same banker for that period. 2008 the bank came in and said that we doing so well and offered us a million overdraft because we doing a million in sales. My partner then and I took the overdraft and two years later they came back and asked us for surety. My partner then said that his not signing surety and that I am the 100 percent member. He left and for the past five years have been working so hard to pay all my bill and still continue to do so. I was then paying R22 000. Per month and I asked the bank to put it onto my bond of R400 000. When I sold the 1st property they took 300 k . The bank also just lifted the surety of my partner even though he signed and off he went. Five years later we sell our house and I asked the same bank for a bond of R500 k and they decline me. So we made enough to pay for the new house and again the bank gave the attorneys the incorrect figures and after registration they go and add my company overdraft and company credit card. So now I will not have money to pay the attorneys. This bank have really been trying to take me down. I think that they wanted my assets and have been fighting for my survival. Help please as I cannot take this any longer.
