Absa bank

I bank with Absa and I app**** for a credit card which I was provisionally approved for, they offered me R60 000. It has been 3 weeks with no response from them, I even went to the branch and asked why is it taking so long and they promised to call me but they haven't called me still.

I'm in need of money seriously, I don't understand why it is such a big problem because I bank with them and that's where I receive my monthly salary.

I don't know where else I should seek for help because I know should be able to rely on my own bank.
