Absa Balfour Park

Absa Balfour Park - The worst branch that anyone can go to, the service is horrible, the employees are forever rude and are never willing to assist. The branch manager is also useless. I went in to the branch where I was refused assistance, I escalated the issue to the branch manager & she too was not of any help, an hour later I drove further to another branch with the same query & assistance was offered. I am truly unhappy about the service at Absa Balfour Park.
