ABSA BAD SERVISE STILL NOT RESOLVED AFTER ONE YEAR

In Nov '19 I accidentally took out a ATM loan. The next working day I went to Waverly branch to cancel this 'loan'. I was assured its been cancelled. The end of Nov 19 all my dt orders came back as unpaid. Absa took the loan amout -that I didn't even received- from my account and put my savings account in an overdraft. I had n battle with them. Round about the 21 Jan 20 I got a letter from Louis van Zyl apologizing for the mistake with R1000 of goodwill. I thought everything was sorted out. In August 20 I decided to buy a second home. I was blacklisted and the ATM loan plus interest was against my name. All the banks had this 'hostory' of a nonpayer. I emailed Louis van Zyl and she dit nothing. Everytime I got a new case number. I even send a plea to the Ceo. Everytime I get a email back they are looking into the matter. On 5 Okt 20 I was until 17h00 in waverley branch where the branch manager tried to help. That week we had to go to the farm because of people burning our land. While being there I tried again with absa. Every time I got an email back "case closed". When we came back everything were to much I couldn't function or do anything to get myself out of this situation. I had a totally nervous breakdown. I was admitted 27 Nov as a walk in at Akaso hospital. I was immediately set on a course of medicine. This all thanks to ABSA. Nearly one year I have struggled with whem even with an excuse letter from Louise van Zyl that it was ABSA's mistake. Now I am sitting with a life long medication bill for anxiety. My doctor wrote a report that is available for reading." The treatment will be effective only if the contributing factors are addressed. I will be on cronic medication for Depression. She eve stated that because of this years nonsense my social and occupational function will be impaired. Now I ask ABSA why? Why treating me this way. I can't rest I can't sleep. Never in my life I thought a bank wil go this far. I was in hospital for 2 weeks. I was at home only 11/11/20. I am scared I am confused all the time. Why ABSA. Louis van Zyl how would you feel if you had to be admitted for 2 weeks because somebody did this to you. I hope pray and trust in God that this matter wil be resolved. I can only advise people to be aware of Absa
