Absa bad Services

Hi I went to Killarney bank at Killarney Mall ,to make a deposit on my surprise, I have been ask for my ID number as it came to me ,I will not be help by not knowing my ID and was sent back to get it The waste part even branched Manager said yes I should go back and get my ID or call someone that their ID number to give ,I have never felt humiliated in my life as I will Cancell all my insurance there That is how we are treated by absa staff in Killarney Mall very bad Services
