Absa bad service

Re eNatis form of my deceased sister. I travelled to Herm**** and went to Absa with the Executor form to ask for the eNatis form for CEM 33707 that was PAID OFF YEARS AGO for my deceased sister I M Fick ***. Then the nightmare began. The Absa officials keep putting up obstacles, as soon as you comply they put up another obstacle.Must I bring the corpse of my sister to Absa Herm**** to show the officials she is deceased? ***
