Absa bad service

My name is Thulani Robert Hlatshwayo I have a problem I was financed by absa toyota quantum I didn't have a problem paying the vehicle until it was arrested for permit on 9 April 2020 until 10 July 2020 asked for relief and it was approved for three months waited for three months since my car was arrested I asked my wife to help pay the monthly installment of R10700 I could not pay course of covid 19 and the was no income coming into my account and in December it stopped deducting for three months I went back to the bank and asked that why did it stop deducting they said they don't know and we did another re arrangement of the payments I wrote another letter that it should deduct on my wife's account they deducted again every month and they never gave me a statement and on 21 December 2021 I payed R28 000 I made arrangements for paying R30 000 on 21 February 2022 on the 11 February 2022 they repossessed the car and I was hospitalized that day the driver called me and told me.
