ABSA BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF INTEREST TOING THERE JOBS

ABSA BAD SERVICE AND LECK OF UPGRADING THERE SYSTEMS. NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM DEBT REVIEW SINCE 2010 I have been sending numerous time all my document to ABSA debt department and have spoken to many people in the branch Not once dit i get a proper answers or something done by them to cleare my Name. I have apply for ford credit that is linked to absa and its now 2 week that i struggle to get them to remove my name from there debt review list AFTER ABSA SHOUD HAVE DONE IT IN 2012. I have sent them mails WITH CLEARECE CERTIFICATE FROM MY LAWYER AND my debt councillor and still they did not do anything about it. My lawyer sent them a letter and told them in 2012 that he did sent them documents to remove my name... I have bought a house recently and have other account etc. ABSA just not interested to remove my name.. There is no one that you can speak to in this department and i can only sent them mails which i dont get any responce back.. My personal advice is dont do any business with them....BAD SERVICR AND BAD ATTITUDES. WE DO HAVE EVIDENCE OF ALL DOCUMENT SENT...
