Absa bad service and high fees

No service sinds tuesday. They blocked our account. Cant pay our debtors. Our money but they lost our fica docs. Have proof. Send it again tuesday. Still blocked. They are so sorry they say everyday. It is escalated. All we get out of them. Cant even buy power and its Friday already.
