Absa bad service

I am very disappointed with absa.i did a claim for my hoi for the gyser begining of june.They sent the plumbers to check and said the problem is the electricity not the gyser so they will send an electrician. The electrician came and took pictures of the parts that need to be replaced and promised that i will get feedback the next day.i waited for a week but no feedback .mind you the water is cold in this cold winter like this.i called absa they promised to get back to me after they speak to the electrician .until today nobody called me.i am not going through if i try to call them now.my problem is not fixed.a
