Absa bad service

I have a app**** withb you guys for a card and today it was supposed to be delivered by your courier company the arrangement made was for 8 -10 am this morning then I received a message saying it was delayed then again I was told it will be here at 12 then I contacted the courier company and I was told they cannot contact the driver

So I then contacted absa and I was put through 3 different wrong departments

Is this honestly called good customer service I guess I was wrong for applying with you guys when you'll don't even know what's going on
