Absa bad service

I keep on visiting Absa and write emails to my business banker to take my new FICA documents to unlock my business account. The phone is on voicemail all the time and the emails are not rep****.( Ithumeleng ) What the heck is going on with your service Absa?

It is to say the least - a DISGRACE!
