ABSA bad service

Stood in line at ABSA lydenburg for two hours, no one came to see if we're in the right line or if we had the correct paper work to do what we needed to do, plus the bonus was that there was this incompudent person I think her name is lelani or something like that, we have had many dealing with her in the past, she just is not willing or not able to assist us in any of our matters, last week my wife had to deal with her and she sead the transaction could not be done, a junior person said it could be done and indeed did it, is this the type of service absa provides, I'm leaving the bank soon, after 25yrs of this I have finally reached my limit with ABSA and will not recommend absa to anyone.
