ABSA - Bad Service
I am very annoyed. I cancelled a cheque account almost 6 years ago and am still getting statements showing that the account is still open. I have emailed them plenty times asking for them to reverse the charges and cancel the account.I am a busy woman and cant into the branch. I was at the branch all those years ago to get my account closed.
