ABSA BAD SERVICE!!!!

My mom opens a new account at ABSA. She makes a deposit from inside Nedbank from her account with Nedbank into the bank details provided by the ABSA consultant in Cape Gate. Money leaves the Nedbank account and somehow ABSA doesnt find the payment. It is R3000!!!! My mom is a pensioner, so this 3K feels like 100K to her. She was told to go home yesterday and they would contact her today....IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. She showed them the statement for received from Nedbank showing the money was transferred to ABSA. ABSA shouldve handled this better!!!!
