absa bad service

The service at Absa Alberton is atrocious. The staff at customer services do not show a sense of urgency. We do not go to the bank because we have nothing better to do. It is also ridiculous that all the consultants are open for the pensioners. that means the normal que is at a stand still because all the consultants are busy with the pensioners. Even worse for all queries they have to call the call centre. I have been struggling with my internet banking and cell phone app for a year now. The call center says I must go to the branch the branch doesnt know how to fix it. you people are ridiculous I regret moving my account to absa.
