ABSA - bad service

<p>Our complex has their account with ABSA Bluff Durban and trustees spent about an hour at the branch doing the FICA documents some months back and we left believing all was fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>Months down the line our account is still blocked and despite repeated requests for help it seems ABSA staff are not willing to fix the problem totally.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has created a huge embarresment as we are paying our accounts late due to having to beg ABSA to open our account which they do for a few hours only so we can make payments - why not permantently fix the problem is beyond us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there anyone in ABSA who cares about their clients - please stand up and be counted and help us.</p> <p> </p>
