ABSA bad planning
ABSA online and Online Banking App On Wednesday the 24th of October at around about 10 o'clock I try to use my banking app for an urgent payments just to find out I can't log in so I waited a few minutes to try to login again notification pops up we doing maintenance No SMS from Absa no email from Absa nothing saying they doing maintenance tonight I understand the servers needs to be maintained but why at 10 o'clock at night what's wrong with doing maintenance from 12 o'clock until until 5 o'clock and not giving your notifications to your customers which is the most f**king important thing
