ABSA BAD FOR SMALL BUSINESS

I am still trying to make an online payment on Google workspace. I was able to link a payment previously through their #d secure services, after many attempts. I have been trying for 2 and a half weeks, after promises for call backs, Twitter messages, I am still unable to pay for services. As a result my google workspace account has been cancelled. I am unable to send business account emails because a personal business account is ************* and businesses do not trust companies with personal business accounts.
