ABSA Bad Customer Service

I am writing this review to highlight a recent experience I had with ABSA Rosebank and specifically Mr Malinga.

When I needed assistance on a stressful day you failed to show any empathy or guidance. This experience has made me regret opening an account with ABSA. Needless to say I will be diverting my income to Standard Bank. A bank that always treats it's customers with utmost care and respect.
