ABSA bad customer service

I attempted to withdraw R1750 at 17H58 from the ATM outside the Superspar at 80 Voortrekker Road, Malmesbury, Western Cape. Then loadshedding started and the ATM switched off during the transaction. No money was dispensed by the ATM, but my balance reflects that the cash was withdrawn from my account. Many promises were made to resolve this complaint and have the transaction reversed within 2-3, 3-5, 5-7 and 7-11 days. Still nothing. Some of the reference numbers given: C-***4 C-***3 C-***7
