ABSA BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi .

I've been trying numerous times to interact with your home loan team regarding my interest rate and they take days to respond only to close the case without even resolving the issue . This is really bad customer service as it seems as if the company don't give a damn and also I requested credit insurance cover to be removed from my personal loan and it's still there it's been almost a year this is going back and forth . Please contact me urgently and resolve this !!
