ABSA Bad customer care

ABSA takes your money Charge you for a pulling a transaction report online, When you question them they said its was for a statement charge, They informed they will investigate, its been 3 months and they still havent investigated, the account is R0.00, and they still charge me R50 for statement charge even if I dont use the account, They refuses to provide feedback, ABSA customer care is bad, No wonder people are leaving the bank
