Absa Bad After Service

Good day all. Im writing this not because i dont like absa but rather disappointed. Absa has been my all time favorite bank , i have my cheque account and home loans with them. I purchased a property recently and little did i know the property has a roof defect witch requires the entire roof and Cieling etc to be replaced. My home loan is always payed on time and its actually sitting R100 000 in advance. So life happened and I really need funds urgently to fix the property and i app**** for a re advance from my home loan that was on the 7th of December . Today is the 10th and i did not receive a single follow up or communication with the application and trying to all the call center is a nightmare . You have to wait easily 15/20 mins roughly which my airtime keeps running out. When i purchased the house absa did not send any valuater etc now when things like this happen i have to fix myself thats costing me an arm and leg. So i ask kindly please respond and finalize my application by cob today as my property is at risk. Thank you
