ABSA Bad administration of deceased estate

ABSA deceased Estate has given permission to my late husband girlfriend powers to rent out the flat that is in my husband name as per deeds office documents. The girlfriend couldn't give us any proof needed from her. I submitted proof that the money that paid the flat was from my husband bank account.

They tell to go and lodge a complain with Ombudsmen. Am having 2 kids' that are still under my roof and they cant enjoy their fathers benefits.

ABSA am very much disappointed and aggrieved by the way you handling this matter. Who is your client between (ME) my kids and her?
