Absa back and forth problems

The absolute amount of back and forth, lack of feedback, and different stories I get each and every single time I go on the phone and visiting the branch is shocking. I have done follow up after follow up, complaint after complaint and all I get is complete and utter confusion from what is supposed to be one of South Africa's biggest banks.

I have been marked in arrears, without no explanation after committing to every payment, given different personal details whenever I call them.

I have been told to go to the branch, only to be sent back to the phone, then get told to go to the branch again, absolutely no accountability and resolution. Total and utter chaos of a bank,
