ABSA BA Card is a disaster

So sick of ABSA BA card. Their self service "have your card read back" option has been faulty all week. If you can get to enter your card number before being told it is unrecognized, the authorizing message does not appear, so they send a "random" verification code. You are then told, before even entering the code, that it is incorrect and to go to your branch. Fix your system. Have had a Standard Bank CC for 30 years, probably had to complain twice. ABSA BA card for 5 years, lost count of number of complaints. I am sure customer care has my number on speed dial.
