ABSA
My mother in law passed away on 26 november 2020, since beginning of january 2021 we needed to get a letter of renunciation from absa to go back to the high court and get a letter of executor to sort everything out. this has been an ongoing process every time they need something else and finally when we got feedback they said absa will do renunciation that was already on the 08th of march everytime I call no one can give me answers what is happening, now we hear that it is taken to the renunciation department and they will handle everything and provide us with the renunciation letter, we can't get hold of them and they just keep saying they are busy, it's been 3 months now almost how long must we still wait only to get the renunciation letter that is stamped and signed by the master of the high court. people will think you would understand and help quickest to get everything sorted as people are mourning and also wants to go on with their life but how can they if nothing gets done!!!!! this has been the worse service we ever received
