ABSA/AVIOS is USELESS - *********** AND UNHELPFUL!!!

<p>About a month ago my wallot was ****** and I phoned Avios to cancel my account and reissue me a new card in fear someone would use my money in my cards. Great service that was sorted out, the person we chatted to also said he would sort out the internet banking. Yesterday I went to ABSA to sought out the internet banking in order to pay for my home loan to be told they cannot help me, after phoning avios and been on the line for 25minutes and passed from pillar to pillar I was evenutally told I must go to the bank and sort it out there which I already did after the call and was told they cannot help me. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SET THE INTERNET BANKING UP - IT IS NOT HARD!!! Your service is disgustung and because of you am now minus money in my cheque account because ABSA is to useless and lazy to do anything right. </p>
