ABSA AVAF HARASSES ME EVERYDAY AND IM NOT EVEN OWING!

Im so sick and tired of ABSA and AVAF harassing me with calls every day for no reason!

Im getting calls everyday from different and rude agents telling me that I am owing my vehicle account! How when my debit order is on the 1st of every month and I pay via EFT between the 20-23rd of the current month,every month which is days prior to the debit order date! I have been paying like this since 2018! Then i used to receive calls offering to change my debit date but nothing would be done. I have never missed a payment of my vehicle account! Everytime AVAF calls,I always request to speak to the manager and Im always told “the manager is not available “ or “the manager will call you back”. I want someone from ABSA to look at my profile and payment history and tell me exactlywhich month was not paid so that I can send that POP and someone can do their job and allocate it. This is not only disrupting my day,it’s affecting my credit score. Your service lately is so bad that I had to even move my investment from you to nedbank! All I can say is, SIES! You cant treat your customers well and you cant even account in your calls about the supposed amount owing!!!
