Absa Avaf call centre agents

<p>I keep on getting missed calls and sms's that im a payment late on my avaf account.. whenever an agent calls me.. NO ONE can tell me what month im late.. they are wasting my time. They said they will refer my account for further investigation but no one that side seems to know what is going on</p>
