ABSA AVAF AND INNOVATION GROUP A ****

I have been getting no joy with AVAF and Innovation group. I canceled my maintainence fee with Innovation but AVAF keeps charging me R500 extra. I have been calling and emailing but receiving no assistance from any AVAF staff. Absa has shown me great incompetence. I'm so disappointed
