ABSA AVAF

I have an ABSA AVAF account which was in arrears but I have paid the required amounts since July 2023. The account is currently up to date (since 2023) but on my credit report it reflects that I have a missing payments and my account is under default status which is absolutely not true. I need this to be corrected because it reflects negatively on my credit report.
