ABSA AVAF

<p>I app**** for vehcile finace through ABSA AVAF early in Janauary 2017. I have been in contact with a contact person there to finalise my appliaction. To date I am no closer to vehicle finance for a vehicle I would like to proure privately. I was informed that the deal need to go through a dealership and that I need to pay additional fees to get the deal done. Today I received a call stating that I qualify for 12.01% interest rate. I indicated that I was offered a musch better rate at another bank and I provided proof thereof. </p> <p>I requested that ABSA AVAF provide me with a detailed cost breakdown and I was informed only the supervisor can do it. The supervisor was not available. I then requested an escalation since my application has been delayed for weeks and that I need to have it today. I have not yet received the cost breakdown.</p> <p>ABSA AVAF service is poor to next to nothing, I am the one that is calling to find out what is going on everytime. The will call me back.... Still waiting......</p>
