ABSA Automotive insurance

One of my company cars was hit from behind by a guy insured by Absa on the 12 Feb 2016. Clear cut who is guilty. I am comprehensively insured but do not want the claim to go through my insurance for many reason but now that it is a privet claim ABSA just messes me around. Handed it to a Lawyer that specialises in this and even after that ABSA drags their feet as much as possible. I believe they are very ********* as far as paying out 3rd party claims.
