ABSA AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM
Absa is streeeesing me!!! I recently changed to absa less than 2 months ago and everytime i have to make a big purchase, transaction or payment they send an irregularity error. I call ***** and they do an authentication test and although I answer everything correctly they say I have failed and I must visit the branch. I DO NOT HAVE TIME to go to the branch!!!! otherwise what is the point of having internet banking????? I was even planning of moving my salary to ABSA...NEVER!!!!! This is such an inconvenience.
