ABSA Auctioning My Car Yet I Only Owe R3K

My car is [was] an Uber car and was repossessed. Just before it was repossessed, the car was impounded by CPT and I had to pay R12K to retrieve it. Just after I retrieved it from CPT, the car had mechanical issues and had to have it fixed for over R8K. When I car was back on Uber, i continued my monthly payments to make my account upto date. All this happened in about three months time.

Whilst all this was happening, and unknown to me, ABSA had issued summons for the repossession of the car, and in December a "sherrif" pitched up at my house to repossess the car. To which i queried as I had not received any prior notification/communication. He took my car, irregardless of the fact that I was almost upto date with my payments [owed only +-R3K as I had resume payment of ] when they took the car. Surely the bank want to auction my car [which makes almost R8K a week on Uber] because I owe R3K. I paid in excess of R40K to recover the car from CPT, have it fixed and pay my VAF installment.

Since your staff argue that it is a legal process they followed, please reimburse me the amounts I paid [as I didnt know that there is a legal process going], and let the legal process take its course.

I sent emails to ********** and ********** just before xmas last year but got no response. This whole issue just smacks of INSTUTIONALISED XENOPHOBIA.
