ABSA ATTORNEYS REFUSE TO SEND ME AN EMAIL, AND HARRASS FOR PAYMENT EVERYDAY

I lost my work 2 months ago. Every day I recieve a call from strauss attorneys demanding money, I explained that I lost my work, I dont have any money to pay at the moment. BUT I am starting work at a new company in january. and I asked them every time to rather send me an email. So that I can respond in writting, As I want to keep record and if needed give it to my attorneys. THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME AN EMAIL. I check everyday first thing for their email. And everyday they call again . How many times must I repeat my request for an email. THEY THINK BY HARRASSING ME EVERYDAY WILL CHANGE MY SITUATION. I want to make arrangements for payments starting from the end of January.
