ABSA ATM'S
What is going on with the ATM'S at some Absa branches like Howard Centre Pineland & Kenilworth Centre and Rondebosch Absa branches. Last week being the end of the month on the 1st Feb - Howard Centre Absa you could'nt draw money as there was no money in the ATM's - as well as Kenilworth Centre - no money - you could deposit but could'nt draw cash. Today Rondebosch one of the Atm's - no money - and all they say is its not Absa 's problem as they are filled by some outside company but surely at the beginning of the month the bank should make sure there is enough cash for its clients - the one Absa employee I spoke to at Kenilworth Centre said its not Absa's problem and he did'nt know when they would have money again. All they said was you will have to try elsewhere - that is service for you!!!!!!!!!!!!
