Absa ATM's can't do math
Received a cashsend from a client for the amount of R630.00. Can not withdraw said ammount from any ATM. According to Lisa Mabaso Absa Brits Mall's manager it is due to the fact that they do not load R10 in the ATM's anymore. All ATM's show that it have R20's loaded, so why can it not dispense 4 x R20, 1 x R50 and the rest in R100 or R200 and hundreds? Can one of the biggest banks in SA not program their ATM's to do basic math?
