Absa ATM's always down or completly removed in Norkem Park and Birchleigh

I just want to know what the heck is going on with Absa ATM's lately, Especially in Norkem Park, Birchleigh area, Firstly, they almost always have a "Printer Issue" and cannot give you a slip, Bull, they are just too lazy or stingy to refill the paper mechanism, Secondly, we lost three ATM's in the last two months, the Branch in Birchleigh closed down and together with that, the two ATM's outside the branch was also taken away, The one that is left there hardly ever works, then, we also lost the one by Norkem Mall, what the hell man, people still need cash, then, the One by Spar at Norkem Park, same scenario, was down almost every day since payday.
