ABSA ATM’S ALL NOT WORKING

I recieved my first SASSA payout today and drew the money from my sassa card to pay it into my bank account. Then when I tried to deposit the funds at the absa atm in woodlands, the mashine first rejected some if the notes that the atm gave me. The rejected notes then was pushed in underneath the rollers to where I could nit get hold of it to remive it and try to redeposit it. Whilst trying to get the note out the machine pulled the note back and said that the transaction has been cancelled yet the machine kept ALL of my cash! Then after a strugle we found somone to assist us with the problem and sayas that he can only check fir the error with rhe machine the following day AND THAT HE IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH DEPOSITING NOTES AT THIS MACHINE AND STATED “Maybe I should put up a sign that the atm is not working?” Now I have to wait till the following day when they empty the cash from the machine and do a recon and then the money that is keft over will then be calculated and paid in to the people who had the problems bank accounts. The only reason why I had to go deposit the money at woodlands is because the buttons on the sides of the screens at the atm across the road from me at Elardus park shopping center has been not functioning now for more than a month now.

Please can somebody rectify this problems as soon as possible and help to prevent this from happening to more unsuspecting users?
