Absa ATM took my cash deposit now I wait 5 days ****

So yesterday 4 July 2018 I deposited cash at knowls spar atm, the atm gave me R200 back saying the note is rejected and kept my balance. Not depositing it to my account nor returning my money, transaction was canceled due to technical related problems. NOW I have to wait 5 days for me to get my money back? Really is that what Absa is about these days... I pay over R1300 pm in banking fees and admin ****, our trust account is with Absa, I need to pay suppliers and all Absa tells me is wait 5 days... Seriously have to move banks.
